How to transfer froｍ JＲ Lines to Tsukuba Express
Many people probably come to Akihabara on JR Lines.
Then, I will show you in detail how to transfer from JＲ Lines to Tsukuba Express.
※Tsukuba Express (in the rest of this article referred to as TX)）
- Go down the escalator.
- Head for Central Ticket Gate.
- Walk along the passage like this.
- Walk for at least 50Ｍ, and you will get to the Central Ticket Gate.
- Go out of the Gate and you will see a TX signboard.
- Turn right, then.
- There is another TX signboard a little bit further ahead.
- Go into the Entrance.
- Go down the first Escalator.
- Get off the escalator and turn right.
- Take the second escalator.
- Go down the third escalator.
- Get off the escalator and go straight.
- Walk a little, and you will see the Ticket Gates on the right-hand side.
- At the back of them, there are the Ticket Vending Machines.
- Walking time from the Central Gate is about 4 min.

Asakusa is the second stop from Akihabara station and 5 min ride.

Car No. 2 If you get off the door in the very front ,
you can go down an escalator close by.
Car No. 4 If you get off the door in the front,
you can take an elevator nearby.
Car No. 5If you get off the door in the very front,
you can go down an escalator close by.
Car No. 7 If you get off the door in the back,
you can go down an escalator close by.
The first car is Car No. 10.
Track No. 2(Yamanote Line)
Car No. 3 If you get off the second door from the front,
you can go down an escalator nearby.
Car No. 4If you get off the door in the very front,
you can take an elevator nearby.
Car No. 6If you get off the door in the very front,
you can go down an escalator close by.
Car No. 7If you get off the 4th door from the front,
you can go down an escalator close by.
The first car is Car No. 11.

How to Get to Famous Tourist Attractions from TX Asakusa Station
I will show you the way in detail to go to famous tourist attractions from TX Asakusa station.
- Get off Car No. 3 and use the escalator.
- Get off Car No. 4 and use the elevator.
- Get off Car No. 5 and use the escalator.
- Exit the Ticket Gate.
- You will find the signboard in front of you.
- Take a left.
- Walk the passageway about 50Ｍ
- Go to Ａ1 Exit.
- Go up the escalator.
- At the top of the escalator , you will see the signboard.
- Take a right.
- On the way, there is Asakusa Entertainment Hall on the right side.
- At this point, you come to the junction.
- Go straight and walk along Rokku-dori street.
- For your information, if you turn left at the junction, you could go to Hanayashiki Amusement Park.
- On the way, you would see Asakusa Little Theater.
- Walk a little, and Asakusa Public Hall will come into view.
- Go into Denpouin-dori street next to the Hall.
- Go through Denpouin-dori street.
- You come across the street that spreads to the left and right. This is Nakamise-dori street.
- If you take a left, you will get to Hozo-mon Gate, beyond that Sensoji Temple.
- If you take a right, you will get to Kaminari-mon Gate.
- It takes 9 min to walk from the station.

Summary
Once you get on TX Line, it will take you straight to Asakusa station. So it’s convenient.
However, it is located a long way from Kaminari-mon Gate.
But, it is well situated for these tourist attractions as mentioned below.
